Use of Artificial Intelligence

At www.tramasmas.com we occasionally use artificial intelligence to edit or generate images of our products, for purely aesthetic, presentational or technical purposes.

We use this technology responsibly, transparently and under human supervision, making sure that the product representation is faithful to its essential characteristics (colour, materials, design and use), so that the images do not mislead you about the product you will receive.

However, although we try to ensure that the image edited or generated with artificial intelligence is as faithful as possible to the real product, there may be small variations in colour, texture, finish or cut compared to the product you receive, arising from the editing process itself or from your device's display conditions (screen, brightness, colour calibration). These minor variations do not affect the product's essential characteristics or the rights the law grants you as a consumer, in particular the legal warranty of conformity (clause 15 of our Terms and conditions of use and purchase of www.tramasmas.com).

Virtual assistant with artificial intelligence

At www.tramasmas.com we offer a virtual assistant that uses generative artificial intelligence to help you resolve your questions and queries.

We do everything we can to make sure the information it gives you is useful and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that its answers will always be complete, accurate or up to date. The information provided by the assistant is not professional or legal advice: we recommend using it at your own discretion and, for any important query, confirming it with our customer service department.

The assistant must not be used for illegal or inappropriate purposes. Using this tool does not affect the rights the law grants you as a consumer, including the legal warranty of conformity of the products.
